At least 15 people were killed and 18 were injured after derailing the iconic cable car in Lisbon, according to emergency services. Five of the injured are in serious condition. Authorities, as Skynews reports, did not reveal the identity of the victims or their nationality, but said that there were foreigners among the dead.
