At least 25 dead from shelling by Ukrainian forces in Donetsk

The death toll from the shelling of Ukrainian forces in the Russian-controlled eastern city of Donetsk has risen to 25. Ukraine. Earlier, Denis Pushilin, appointed by Russia to head the district, he had spoken of thirteen dead and ten wounded.
