A Russian missile attack on the crowded Sumi city center, in northeast Ukraine, killed at least 34 people today and injured more than 100, according to a more recent Ukrainian first aid service, causing the indignation of Kiev’s allies. The attack, which took place two days after a high -ranking US official to Russia, is the most murderous in a residential area for months in Ukraine, and especially since the contact between Washington and Moscow began in mid -February. The US president is trying to put an end to the conflict with diplomatic consultations, unsuccessfully at present, while deadly Russian blows have continued in recent weeks.
