At least four people were tragically killed and more than 20 remain missing after sinking a boat off the Dominican Republic, in the Caribbean. Authorities, who released the report on Friday, had previously managed to rescue 17 people from the wreck. At least 40 people had boarded the ship, according to Dominican Civil Protection, which clarified that it was Puerto Rico, US offshore area, about 130 kilometers from the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic.
