At least three people were killed in a Russian artillery attack in the city of Costosanifka of Eastern Ukraine, local officials reported as Moscow troops are promoted to encircle the strategic hub in the industrial area of Donbas, Ukraine. Another four people were injured by the attack, which, according to local governor Vadim Filaskin, included eight shots from a multi -rocket launcher system, targeted by the local market. Filskin called on the residents to evacuate the city, which is increasingly attacking, as Russian forces approach it on three sides.
