Federica Granai, 27 years old from Montelupo Fiorentino, was missing only the final interview with the owner of the company, VoipVoice, for which she had applied as customer care. On the day of the meeting, however, Federica was frank with the owner of the company, Simone Terreni. Federica worked until the eighth month of pregnancy, because she was fine and she felt it. “The company gave me the opportunity to spend motherhood, a beautiful but also delicate moment for every woman, in complete serenity”, she said. “Recently I have been working in smart-working in order to avoid traveling, but this did not stop me from making my contribution to work and to colleagues. I was enthusiastic, I wanted to repay the trust of the company ».
