We can go through the days of Holy Week, however the e-auction platform does not count holidays and celebrations as by the end of April a total of 569 auctions are scheduled to take place.

Among the properties that are for sale are industrial facilities, hotels as well as residences of big names, properties which are located throughout Greece.

The race at the level of the highest first offer price is opened by the facilities of Psiloritis Logistics, for which an auction has been launched on April 28 with the starting price set at 2.79 million euros while Intrum Hellas is accelerating.

The property includes a plot of land, even and buildable, with a total area of 41,850 sq.m., which is located in Vathi Avlida in Chalkida, in which three buildings have been constructed, which were completed in 2006 and relate mainly to storage facilities for refrigeration products.

The first offer price for the facilities of the company Thermantiki in Metamorfosi has been set at 2.018 million euros. According to the assessment report, this is an independent plot, which is located within the municipality of Metamorfosi with a total area of 4,270 sq.m., in which a three-storey commercial building has been erected.

On April 27, the fate of two industrial facilities in Northern Greece is judged as an auction is planned for the fruit company Antonis Karanikolas in Veria with a first bid price of 2 million euros and for the fruit and juice company Rodi Hellas in Kozani with a starting price of 1,708 million

The list of auctions for the last two weeks of April also includes hotels, among which is the Argo hotel unit in Aegina, which is located in Campanaou. The price of the first offer amounts to 1.17 million euros while Cepal Hellas is in a hurry.

This is a hotel which is built on a plot of land with a total area of 1,072 sq.m., while according to the external autopsy performed, the property is in moderate condition and needs partial renovation.

On April 27, an attempt will be made to sell three “branded” houses in the northern suburbs. One auction concerns a maisonette in Psychiko, which belongs to the actor Petros Filippidis and his wife Elpida Ninos. This is a house, which consists of three levels, basement, ground floor and first floor with a total area of 364.9 sq.m. while it belongs to an uncovered part of an area of 200 sq.m.

According to the assessment report, the quality of construction of the maisonette externally is the usual of the time (year of completion in 1999) while the maintenance condition based on the autopsy externally is considered mediocre. The first offer price has been set at 645,000 euros while Intrum Hellas is in a hurry.

The other auction concerns a house in Kifissia, owned by the founder of the clothing company Raxevsky George Mourtzouchos and his son Achilles, which once again goes under the hammer with a starting price of 720,000 euros while the other auction concerns a house in K , which belongs to Eleni Mamidaki and is sold with a starting price of 1,268,920 euros.
