Auctions: Which ‘branded’ hammers will hit in the coming days?

The next few days of June are expected to be “hot” as the thermometer rises to the front of the electronic auctions, which are scheduled to take place by the end of this month.

The list of properties that will be faced with the hammer includes from commercial buildings and industries to hotels, plots and houses.

The title of the real estate fillet is worthily claimed by the plot, which is located in the heart of the shopping center of Glyfada and will be put up for auction on Wednesday, June 22, with the starting price set at 7.761 million euros.

This plot, which covers a total area of ​​2,145.04 sq.m., was one of the many pieces of the puzzle that made up the much-praised real estate case in which the main protagonists were businessman Giannis Karouzos and his ex-wife Rebecca Skaftoura. .

This is a plot, which is located at 29 Kyprou and Grigoriou Lambraki streets and taking into account the privileged location, it is almost certain that it will attract the interest of prospective buyers.

Besides, all the properties, which belonged to companies that were connected with Giannis Karouzos and his ex-wife and have so far been put up for auction, have been sold while in several cases they were awarded at a price much higher than the starting price.

Tsagarakis’s property in Vari is almost double the price

On the same date, an attempt will be made to sell two properties of the well-known jeweler George Tsagarakis, who has seen his assets targeted by auctions, including the store in Kolonaki, which houses the Galerie Tsangarakis.

On Wednesday, however, the electronic hammer will hit for two maisonettes in Vari as well as for a maisonette in Voula. For the most expensive of these, Mr. Tsagarakis filed a request for opposition, asking to increase the price of the first offer, which was accepted by the Single Member Court of First Instance of Athens.

Thus, the starting price was adjusted upwards to 4.7 million euros, almost double the 2.6 million euros set in the initial foreclosure report.

This is a plot of 5,174 sq.m. in Vari, where a two-storey house was built with a building permit in 2005 and 2008, which includes an indoor and outdoor pool, and then with a 2014 permit another maisonette was built.

In Voula is located the second property of the well-known jeweler, which concerns a plot of one acre, in which a house has been built, with an area of ​​157 sq.m. main areas and 87 sq.m. auxiliary spaces and is part of a complex.

Although the building was built in 1991, according to the assessment report, it is in a very good degree of maintenance. In this case, too, a request for an upward correction of the first offer price was submitted, with the Court of First Instance finally deciding that the starting price should be set at 700,000 euros compared to the amount of 562,000 euros that was initially set.

On the 24th the villa of Kontominas in Hydra

On June 22, they will compete again with the electronic hammer, hoping, this time to find an interested bidder, the facilities in Koropi of the company Iris, which was the printing arm of the once powerful publishing groups, DOL of Stavros Psycharis and Pegasus Bombola. Since 2018, successive divestment efforts have been made without any result, while the starting price has dropped to 16.834 million euros.

Two days later, on June 24, the electronic hammer for the luxurious residence of Dimitris Kontominas in the port of Hydra will strike. Much of the assets of the businessman, who passed away a few months ago, have been auctioned off in recent years.

The road of sale will be followed by this villa, which is located on a hill, just above the port with a starting price of 2,055 million euros while Eurobank is in a hurry.

We remind you that the property includes a plot of 363.14 sq.m., in which a luxury house has been erected, which is developed on three levels and includes six main rooms and ancillary areas.
