The actor Austin Butler revealed that one of his character's greatest scenes in “Dune: Part 2” was not in the script, being completely improvised by him .

The scene in question concerns kissing on the mouth between the character Feyd-Rautha (Austin Butler) and his uncle, Baron Harkonnen (Stellan Skarsgard), which was not supposed to happen. In the film, the moment ended up bringing a meaning of “bond” between the family members.
“The kiss with Stellan Skarsgard? Oh yes, I improvised! He accepts everything, he’s the best”, said Austin Butler in an interview with Access Hollywood. “It’s about how you try to affect the other person,” added the actor.

“Dune: Part 2” arrived in Brazilian cinemas on Thursday (29). The film is the continuation of the film released in 2021.
Under the direction of Dennis Villeneuve the plot is an adaptation of the book of the same name by Frank Herbert and stars Timothée Chalamet . The cast also includes Austin Butler, Zendaya and Florence Pugh.
