The incident took place in a suburb of Adelaide, where guitarist Savas Caruso, also known as Subblet, lives. Every Sunday he goes out in his yard, wearing only his underwear and shoes and plays the guitar for 45 minutes with the deafening sound coming from huge speakers.
At one point the neighbors ran away and called the police and the police arrested him. The 32-year-old musician spent three days in detention and since then has begun his fight against the police seeking justification for his “illegal” arrest, as he describes it.
