Australian restaurant brand, Deus Ex Machina arrives in São Paulo

With options for brunch, lunch, dinner and quick meals, the chef who won the 2020 edition of the program “Mestres do Sabor” (TV Globo) imprinted several Brazilian customs on his recipes.

For example, the chicken drumstick with Catupiry baked in a wood-fired oven (R$ 14 – unit); termite croqueta with banana chutney (R$ 36 – 5 units); and wood-fired peach palm, which gets tomato sauce with Indian spices and crunchy hazelnuts (R$ 42).

On the menu, as the main menu, options such as Rice lambe – lambe, a rice caiçara dish with seafood and aioli, accompanied by banana chips (R$78), Mie Goreng, a Balinese dish of sautéed noodles in a wok with Southeast Asian spices , chicken and a fried egg (R$58) and octopus on the barbecue with sweet potatoes and aioli (R$98). The tip over there is to share and taste everything – the dishes arrive at the table with plenty.

For those who enjoy brunch, there are oe on the menuggs benedict (R$38), blat, traditional British bacon, tomato, lettuce and avocado toast (R$38.00), and banana pancake, banana pancake, granola, honey and homemade yogurt (R$28 ).

For dessert, the creamy chocolate cake finished in a wood-burning oven accompanied by English cream and mousse quenelle without holes (R$ 28), complete any meal with a golden key.
