Bruna Vieira author of the books that inspired the Netflix series “Back to 15” recalled the beginning of the production of the title and stated that the cast has a lot of chemistry. She spoke about the subject in an interview with CNN at the São Paulo Book Biennial, which began last Friday (6) and runs until September 15.
“I was a script consultant [na série]. The first season was adapted during isolation and everything was quite virtual. It was a surprise to me when I found out that Maísa would actually be the protagonist of the story. Many people don’t know, but she read the book without knowing that there was a chance she would play the character”, she said.
“Knowing that Maísa read my book was already really cool, knowing that she liked it even more. Now, knowing that she agreed to participate in the project, which has been a project for many years, right, it’s a phase in life. The group created with the seasons, I realize that they have great chemistry and that, in a way, shines through on the screens”, he said.
The third and final season of “Back to 15” premiered on Netflix on August 21. The series stars Maisa and Camila Queiroz who play the protagonist in different stages of life. Names like John William , Klara Brown and Bruno Montaleone , Larissa Manuela and Juliana Paiva also star in the production.
