In accordance with its established policy, the Company always considers every possible option, depending on market conditions and its broader strategy, in order to make the best use of its assets, including its participations.
In this context, the option of evaluating the investment interest for the above subsidiary is investigated, without any relevant decision having been made or negotiations having taken place with any party in any direction.
