Average price of gasoline rises for the fifth week and exceeds BRL 5, points out ANP

O gasoline price in Brazil, it once again exceeded R$ 5, a mark that had not been reached since the beginning of October, in the fifth week following an increase.

The latest bulletin from the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) shows that the liter is found in the country at an average of R$ 5.02, according to values ​​observed between the 6th of this month of November and this Saturday (12th). ). In the previous week, the average price of gasoline was R$ 4.98, that is, there was a rise of 0.8%.

The cheapest price, R$ 4.26, is found in the capital of São Paulo, while the most expensive, R$ 7.54, is found in Presidente Prudente, also in the state of São Paulo.

Among the 27 states and the Federal District, 16 have the average price of gasoline above R$5: Acre, Alagoas, Amazonas, Bahia, Ceará, DF, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Paraná, Piauí, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Norte, Rondônia, Roraima, Sergipe and Tocantins. Last week it was 11.

The price advance happens even without new increases announced by Petrobras. The last one took place in September. Even so, the market has been adjusting values, for example, as a result of the increase in anhydrous ethanol, which is added to gasoline.

Hydrous ethanol also rose from R$3.70 to R$3.79 in one week, according to ANP data, with an increase of 2.43%. Natural Gas Vehicular (CNG) fell from R$4.87 to R$4.81, down 1.23%. This November, a price decrease announced by Petrobras for CNG came into effect.

Both types of diesel show stability. The S500 went from R$6.58 to R$6.59, while the S-10 remained at R$6.71, according to the ANP.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas rose 0.5%, going from R$109.86 to R$110.42.
