Azerbaijan called the Russian ambassador for “non -friendly actions”

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry today called on the Russian ambassador to Baku, in which he protested Moscow’s “non -friendly actions” as he says, amid a diplomatic crisis between the two countries. This southern Caucasus country expressed “serious concern” about Russian police’s actions against Azeris during its houses in the city of Yekaterineburg. Two people of Azeri descent died in these raids, an incident investigated by Azerbaijan’s forensic services. The Foreign Ministry also reports that it is also condemning the lack of transparency on Moscow in relation to the downing of Azerbaijan’s passenger aircraft, which, as Baku says, was shot down by Russia’s anti -aircraft defense, killing all 38. Baku says Russia’s events and reactions to these events have a “harmful impact on bilateral relations”. Source: RES
