B3 will resume normal opening hours from March 14th. The opening continues at 10 am, but the closing returns to 17 pm, Brasília time.
As usual, the changes aim to accompany the functioning of the American market. The day before, Daylight Saving Time begins in the United States.
The normalization of hours also marks the return of the after-market session to the stock market between 5:30 pm and 6 pm. The Ibovespa futures index will be traded between 9 am and 5 pm.
The dollar futures, in turn, will work from 9 am to 5 pm, while futures interest rates start at the same time, but close at 4:15 pm, with the opening of the session extended until 6 pm.
B3 emphasizes that the current trading hours for the structured operation of forward points with dollar futures contracts for opening positions on D0 (FUT FRP0) will remain unchanged.
