Several famous film industry are present in the BAFTA FILM Awards 2025 This Sunday (16). The award known as the “British Oscar” begins after 4 pm, but the red carpet has begun.

Actress Fernanda Torres and director Walter Salles have arrived and posed on Bafta’s red carpet as well. The Brazilian film “I’m still here” competes in the category of best non -English language movie and is considered one of the favorites to the prize. Check out the full list of nominees.
If Salles’s film wins, this will be Brazil’s fourth achievement at the awards. The first victory took place in 1999, when “Central do Brasil” was awarded as the best non -English language film.
Already in 2004, “Motorcycle Diaries”, won the award for Best Non -English Language Movie, and “City of God” took the best editing award.
The ceremony will be led by David Tennant (“Doctor Who”), who returns as a host to celebrate the best of British and International cinema of 2024, on an unforgettable night, bringing together the biggest stars in the industry.
For the first time, The award will be displayed in Brazil . The transmission will take place by TNT and the streaming platform Max from 16h.
