THE Paris Films revealed this Thursday (26) the first trailer for “Ballerina “, spin-off of “John Wick ” starring Ana de Armas (“Blonde”). In addition to the trailer, the distributor confirmed the film’s premiere for the day June 5, 2025 .
According to information released, Ana de Armas will play an assassin trained in the traditions of the Ruska Roma organization, who seeks revenge for the death of her father. The production connects with the franchise “John Wick “, starring Keanu Reeves which has already generated another derivative, the miniseries “The Continental”.
The film still brings Anjelica Huston (“The Addams Family”), Gabriel Byrne (“In Treatment”), Lance Reddick (“The Wire”), Catalina Sandino Moreno (“Maria Full of Grace”), Norman Reedus (“The Walking Dead”) in the cast, with appearances by Ian McShane (“Deadwood”) and Keanu Reeves.
With direction from Len Wiseman (“Future Avenger”), “Ballerina” has a script by Shay Hatten (“John Wick 4: Baba Yaga”), based on characters by Derek Kolstad. The film arrives in Brazilian cinemas in June 5, 2025 .
