Banana-of-Terra Gnocchi Recipe with Moqueca Sauce: Trust and Come!

I know, I know. You read “gnocchi “And it has already been a foot.

I guarantee that this pasta, with the shrimp moqueca sauce, hugs the plate in a way that even Nonna would be proud. So, let’s do?!

Banana-of-Terra Gnocchi Recipe

3 very ripe bananas

1 gem

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup of wheat flour (or a little one more, if you need to give a point)

1 generous handful of chopped coriander

Salt and black pepper to taste

Start roasting or cooking the bananas with shell until very soft. Then just peel and knead well, like a puree. Add the yolk, cheese, coriander and gradually add the flour until it forms a dough you can wrap without sticking to your hands. Model the rolls, cut into pieces and, when the water is boiling, put the gnocchi. When they rise to the surface, they are ready. But calm down, there is still more!

Moqueca sauce

300g of clean shrimp

1 chopped onion

1 pepper (yellow or red, to give that color)

2 chopped ripe tomatoes

1 chopped garlic tooth

200ml of coconut milk

1 generous wire of palm oil

Salt, pepper and more coriander (because yes!)

Saute onion, garlic and peppers in palm oil until they are very soft and fragrant. Then add the tomato, coconut milk and prawns. Let it cook quickly, only until the prawns are pink and juicy. Finish with that handful of coriander, because we are not afraid of being happy.

Assembly and Moment of Glory

Now just mix this sauce in the pasta, make it very beautiful and call friends. The result? A soft gnocchi, with that sweet -fed banana, contrasted with the freshness of the coriander and hugged by this creamy, intense sauce, with all the moqueca axé.

A bite and you’ll already hear the Bahia Atabaques and the Italian Mandolines playing together. Trust and do. Then tell me!
