Barbie Ferreira risks the Portuguese to publicize film: “I’m Brazilian”

The American actress BARBIE FERREIRA 28, better known for its role in the series “Euphoria” risked the Portuguese to promote his new movie available in theaters, “A father to Lily.”

Barbie Ferreira was born in the United States, but her mother and maternal grandmother are Brazilian.

“Hi Brazil, I’m here to invite you to watch my new movie ‘A Dad for Lily’, it’s in theaters,” she said, on Instagram Stories.

“You will laugh, you will cry, it is a sweet movie that is a girl who seeks a love of father, after your true father cuts relationships with her. My mother wrote this to me, because I do not speak Portuguese very well, I am very gringa, sorry people. But I am not much to say spoiler, but, please, send me message, sorry, I am so bad. she added.

The plot of “A Father for Lily” is based on the director’s life story, Tracie Laymon, and portrays the search for Lily (Barbie Ferreira) for approval and attention by her father, Bob Trevino (French Stewart) . After a conflict, Lily can no longer talk to her father, who no longer answers her phone calls. When you try to find it on Facebook, it ends up contacting another Bob Trevino (John Leguizamo ), with whom it develops a beautiful relationship of friendship, affection and care. Both find in the other the dose of affection they need.
