While the capoeirista was still confined, Adélia Soares defense attorney for Camila Moura stated that the separation process had been accepted by the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice.
However, Thais Geraldino , responsible for Buda’s defense, guaranteed: “We are not aware of the existence of the process. Lucas was not cited”, stated the lawyer.
In a new conversation with CNN Camila's defense stated that Lucas Henrique's subpoena will arrive within the legal deadlines.
“The process follows the normal procedure. They are divorced and the legal procedure continues only to define the division of assets. However, he will still be summoned and will have the legal deadlines to speak out until the final decision of the Court”, guaranteed Adélia Soares.
Asked about the delay in notifying the former participant of the reality show, the lawyer also commented: “Unfortunately, justice in Brazil is very slow”.
