THE Big Brother Brazil announced the participants of the BBB 25 this Thursday (9). The event, known as Big Day, revealed the names for this edition, who will compete in pairs. The program is scheduled to premiere on January 13, 2025 and should last until April 22nd, with 100 days long .
Among the new features for the edition are the competition in pairs and tributes to 60 years of TV Globo, such as a room with the “epoch” theme and a “fantastic” space, in reference to the soap operas and the network’s Fantástico program.
The couples have ties, and can be a pair of best friends, aunt and nephew, mother and daughter, a couple, brothers, cousins or even a grandmother and grandson, in addition to also having groups Cabin (famous) and Popcorn (anonymous).

Vitoria Strada and Mateus Pires (Camarote):
The actress Vitória Strada and Matthew Pires who are friends, were the first announced on the BBB 25 . Together, they will be part of the group Cabin .
For the announcement, colleagues joke that they have such a strong connection that look like a couple . She is an actress, 28 years old and from Porto Alegre, in Rio Grande do Sul. He is an architect, 28 years old and from São José dos Campos, in São Paulo, but moved to Rio de Janeiro when he was ten.
“When everything is bad, we can laugh at each other, which makes everything lighter”, says Mateus about his relationship with his friend. The actress, in turn, told why she chose Mateus to be her partner in the house.
Edilberto and Raissa (Pipoca)
Edilberto and Raissa who are father and daughter, were announced on BBB 25 . Together, they will be part of the group Popcorn.
Together they work as circus artists in the family business. The caravan travels through interior cities and, every 15 days, is in different places. For the ad, the duo reveals they have an unusual connection and says they are the same in temperament.
For the father, Big Brother Brasil is a long-time dream. Excited for the competition, he explains why he chose Raissa as a partner for BBB: “My daughter is my female version, and I think I am very competent to enter and win the program. Imagine that times two.”
