This Thursday (11), activist Luisa Mell used social media to comment on the moment in which Wanessa Camargo, confined at BBB24, appears trying to kill an insect and, shortly afterwards, being reprimanded by Yasmin Brunet who recalls that the singer is vegan.

In a video shared on Instagram, Mell confessed that he usually kills mosquitoes. “Does a vegan kill insects or not?”, she asked at the beginning.
“If you are in this country, in some way, you are following Big Brother Brasil 24 and you know that there is Wanessa Camargo, famous, beloved singer and now vegan. This has led to discussions about veganism everywhere, including even people who have never heard of the topic,” she continued.

“If I'm in a beach house that I rent and there's a spider and I'm there in the middle of the woods, I don't make a point of killing it. I try to catch the spider and put it in the woods. I think we also invade the animals' place. If the animal is not putting me and my community at risk, I think it has every right to live. For example, bees, they are more important to life on Earth than us. So we have to live in harmony”, he concluded.
