BC creates new website for consultation of the Values Receivable System

After failures due to excessive demand in the consultation of the Values Receivable System (SRV), the new Central Bank tool gains an exclusive website.

Launched by the BC in January, the SRV allows citizens and companies to check if they have any “forgotten” money to receive from banks and other entities in the financial system.

Consultations will be released again on February 14th exclusively at the address valorareceber.bcb.gov.br.

According to the BC, those who have amounts receivable at the time of the consultation will be able to confirm the amount to be received and request its transfer from March 7th.

“The BC recommends that citizens return to the website valorareceber.bcb.gov.br on the informed date. If you do not show up on that date, the citizen will have to make a new appointment to receive a new date to ask for the ransom”, he informs.

The BC also reinforces that the citizen does not redeem the amount on the indicated date, he will not lose the right to the amounts in his name.

“Financial institutions will keep these resources for as long as necessary, waiting until the citizen requests the return”.

Banks and financial institutions will only be able to contact customers who have amounts receivable after accessing the system (or if they have already accessed it on 01/24 and 25) and only in the case of requesting a redemption without indicating a Pix key .

In the second case, the institution will not be able to request personal data or passwords from the client.
