BC publishes Focus bulletin again after strike ends

Starting next week, the Central Bank will once again publish the Focus bulletin, which weekly brings the expectations of the financial market to the main macroeconomic indicators. With the end of the strike by BC servers, the monetary authority released a calendar to update disclosures that had been suspended for months.

This Thursday (7th), the May and June Savings Report was published, followed by the partial update of the Selected Indicators, but without the exchange flow or the result of the monetary authority’s exchange operations. The BC Economic Activity Indicator (IBC-Br) for the months of March and April was also released.

On Friday (8), at 8:30 am, the BC updates the Focus Bulletin with weekly data from May 6 to July 1 (9 files). The document is re-published at 8:25 am every Monday from July 11th.

The BC servers strike lasted 95 days, from April 1 to July 5 this year. Among the demands was the salary readjustment, which was not met.
