In the reasons, the judges do not discounts on the personality of Chiara Petrolini: they attribute them “A very high mystifying ability and an uncommon criminal determination”. While confirming the house arrest, the Cassation has canceled the ordinance of the Review Court with postponement, asking for a new evaluation to be made.
