Mediaset, therefore, as anticipated by Davide Maggio’s blog, has decided to proceed gropingly, hoping that the results will grow at a time when the opposing networks – like all summers – are slowly impoverishing content. At the moment the only certainty is that the‘Island of the Famous will be broadcast not only on Monday 23, but also on Friday 27 May: not a casual date, given that Rai1, that evening, decided to propose a special episode of Sunday In by title Sunday In Show, a way to seal the success of the format and its newfound queen, Mara Venier.
Leaving aside the fact that Mara Venier is back in Rai (also) thanks to the experience as a columnist of theIslandwhich allowed her to restart by carving out a more secluded role that literally brought the audience to her side -, it is clear that Mediaset does not want to give it to the competition, unleashing heavy artillery. Who will win the challenge is not so important: we would advise Canale 5, however, to find a stable location for one of its flagship programs, otherwise the spectator who does not know how to orient himself to follow his favorite Honduran castaways. .
