With this single goal, the Academy of Italian Cinema – David di Donatello and Netflix they decided to found Becoming Maestre: a springboard for a new generation of professionals in cinema and seriality. Becoming Maestre, whose selections are open on the site https://becomingmaestre.daviddidonatello.it/, aims to offer twenty candidates an exclusive path of tutoring, training and growth. At the end of the course, to which a jury of Masters and Masters will guarantee access, four particularly deserving students will be selected.
And, only these, will be offered a position as an assistant to one of the Italian productions in which Netflix is engaged.
