An unusual incident took place at a City Council meeting in the Cranford community in New Jersey, when local committee candidate Will Thii chose to express his protest over taxes in an unexpected way: dancing breaks. Tilly approached the room’s step on Tuesday, but a few steps before he arrived, began dancing for almost a minute, pulling sounds only from his floor shoes.
