THE Max released, this Wednesday (13), the trailer for “Fatal Beauty “, his first Brazilian soap opera for streaming. The cast is led by Camila Pitanga , Giovanna Antonelli and Camila Queiroz.
Recorded between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, the The story follows Sofia as the young woman faces a challenging journey after seeing her mother being unfairly arrested because of her cousin Lola. Aimlessly, she is welcomed by the loving Paixão family, owned by matriarch Elvira, who is dealing with the tragedy of having her daughter Rebeca hospitalized after unsuccessful plastic surgery.
Thus, Sofia and the Paixão family unite in pain and indignation against the culprits in a common desire for revenge. However, everything can change when Sofia reunites with a childhood love, and begins to question her choices, discovering that justice has a higher price than she imagined.
Names like Vanessa Giacomo Marcelo Serrado, Caio Blat and more complete the cast. “Fatal Beauty” arrives at Max on January 27, 2025.
