The EU's Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) announced today, Monday 15/4, that it continues to advise airlines to exercise caution in the airspace of Iran and Israel and within approximately 100 nautical miles around Israel, although no civil aviation overflights were endangered during weekend tensions over Iran's drone and missile attack on Israel. EASA as reported by the Athens News Agency citing Reuters noted that it and the European Commission will continue to closely monitor the situation to assess any potential risks to the safety of EU air carriers and will be ready to act as appropriate.
