One of the favorite duos of Hollywood is coming together again. Ben Affleck It is Matt Damon are working together on a new film Netflix according to a post by the streamer on social media.
“RIP” is reportedly a thriller that the longtime friends will star in and produce, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The company Artists Equity founded by the duo, is behind the project, which is to be directed by Joe Carnaha n.
Affleck and Damon won the Oscar for best screenplay for “Good Will Hunting” in 1997. They also co-starred in the film.
The childhood friends are longtime collaborators, having also appeared together in the films “Dogma” (1999) and “The Last Duel” (2021), as well as “Air” (2023), which Affleck directed. Most recently, they starred together in a Dunkin’ Donuts commercial that aired during this year’s Super Bowl.
