Ben & Jerry’s co -founder was arrested in Congress because he complained in favor of Gaza – Watch the video

Ben Coen, co -founder of the well -known ice cream company Ben & Jerry’s, was arrested Wednesday night in Congress, USA, during a hearing in the Senate, where Health Minister Robert Kennedy Junior spoke. Cohen was one of the seven activists who shouted slogans in favor of Gaza, interrupting the meeting. He was arrested on charges of blocking a parliamentary process, while other demonstrators are also accused of resisting the authority or attacking a police officer. In a post on the social media platform X, Cohen said: “I told Congress that they were killing poor children in Gaza by buying bombs. And they pay for them by pushing poor children from Medicaid to the US. ” I told Congress they are kiling poor kids in gaza by buying bombs, and they’re paying for it by kicking poor kids off medicaid in the us.
