US President Joe Biden will help Israel strengthen its regional ties and take its alliance with Washington to a new high during his trip to the Middle East in July, the office of Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett announced today.
The visit will help “integrate Israel into the Middle East,” the prime minister’s office said in a statement.
Biden will meet with the Israeli Prime Minister from July 13 to 14, before his trip to Saudi Arabia.
Israel has thanked Biden for his efforts to strengthen its common interests with Saudi Arabia, a country that has supported regional normalization with Israel but has not formally recognized the Jewish state.
