Berlin has banned three Hezbollah-linked organizations

Hezbollah was designated a terrorist organization last March Germany, banning its activities on German territory.

Now, according to the German Interior Ministry, Berlin has banned three organizations accused of collecting donations in Germany for the organization.

This morning the police raided and searched various facilities in 7 German states.

“Those who support terrorism will not be safe in Germany. “Regardless of the form that the supporters take, they will not find a place or shelter in our country”, the representative noted.

The three associations that were banned are the “Deutsche Libanesische Familie”, “Menschen für Menschen” as well as “Gib Frieden” and the decision to ban them had already been taken since April 15, as broadcast by AMPE.

They are accused of collecting donations for her “witness families” Hezbollah in Lebanon under the pretext of religious and humanitarian purposes in Germany, eventually launching attacks on Israel.

The purpose of these organizations was to promote Hezbollah’s struggle against Israel, which is contrary to the idea of ​​international understanding, according to the ministry.

The German Internal Intelligence Service estimates that there are about 1,050 members of Hezbollah and its supporters right now in the country.

They are not an official organization in Germany, but they work informally, raising money, among other activities, according to security officials.
