Baptized from “1, 2, beans with rice” the new menu combines flavor, tradition and food awareness. Available from Monday to Friday, from 12h to 15h, the menu costs R $ 69 and delivers a nutritious, affective and affordable experience – as well as presenting various types of Brazilian beans.

Recognized by the UN as one of the most complete dietary combinations in the world, the classic duo serves as the basis for a meal that values national ingredients and Brazilian biodiversity. “THE type of beans will change according to seasonality . We will have owl, butter, ball, purple… varieties from all regions of Brazil. People will be able to know the diversity of our beans, ”says chef Janaína.
The experience starts with homemade cassava bread served with Roni handcrafted butter. In the main course, the customer chooses among different combinations that always include Rice, beans and salad: ground beef, omelet, fishing of the day, kale or chicken overcox . All dishes come with cassava flour quilombola from Coopervale, Ribeira Valley, and handcrafted pepper sauce. To close, fresh fruits of the day are served as dessert.
