The largest Russian -speaking unit of crypto exchangers Bestchange said that the Department of Information Security of the Bank of Russia will in the near future unlock access to the service in the country.
To achieve unlocking, the service was forced to limit Russian users access to several exchange options that the Central Bank may be considered illegal banking, said Bestchank, Nikita Zuboruev. According to representatives of the service, the Central Bank demanded to remove some options for the exchange of Russian rubles from the catalog, operations with foreign payment services and bank accounts in tenge, dirhams and a number of other currencies.
Bestchange said that users will have to wait until the Central Bank asks for unlocking Roskomnadzor, and he will notify Russian Internet providers. For customers from other countries, restrictions will not be introduced, representatives of the aggregator made it clear.
In April, Roskomnadzor blocked access to Bestchange.ru, as well as to his mirrors Bestchange.com and Bestchange.net. This happened for the fifth time in a row in the history of the service. The aggregator managed to get unlocking all previous times.
