Xiaomi has released for the Poco X3 NFC smartphone in European regions the first stable version of the MIUI 12 proprietary shell based on the fresh Android 11 operating system about ten days ago. However, the update turned out to be not very successful – users complain about unpleasant problems.

The firmware was released with the status of “stable beta”, which means distribution to regular users, but in limited quantities. Xiaomi’s caution was not in vain. Complaints appeared on the network that the smartphone, after installing Android 11, began to go into sudden, unjustified by the user, reboots. This can happen even when the smartphone is not in use.
As a temporary solution to the problem, the official Mi Community suggests clearing the drive cache. However, there is a catch – if MIUI 11 has a special tool for this, MIUI 12 does not provide a direct way to do this and it remains to use third-party solutions, for example, the Activity Launcher application. In addition, clearing the cache does not solve the problem with reboots for all victims.
Poco X3 NFC entered the top three inexpensive smartphones in the fall of 2020 in Russia according to Roskachestvo, and also became the most popular winter purchase in Russian AliExpress. In the official Russian online store Xiaomi, a smartphone can now be bought at a price of 17 490 rubles.
