THE Joe Biden said yesterday Sunday that she agrees with him Vladimir Putin to the fact that the relations between the USA and Russia are at their “nadir”, just twenty-four hours before the two heads of state meet for the first time since the inauguration of the American president in January.

“We are not participating in a competition for who will do better in the press conference, or for who will put the other in a difficult position. I will be very clear about the terms we set to get a better relationship (…). “We do not seek conflict,” the Democratic president insisted.
“I will make it clear how I think the meeting went from my point of view and he will do the same,” Biden added.
