In an interview with CNN after the meeting, Bolsonaro said he was “amazed by Biden”. “It was exceptional, I’m very happy. (…) I am not wrong to speak in this way. We spent almost half an hour talking privately,” said the Brazilian president.
The government officials pledged to maintain their commercial collaboration, “including through US support for Brazil’s candidacy for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the US government said.
