Biden and Trump agreed to a phone battle on June 27

US President Joe Biden and his Republican opponent in next November's presidential election Donald Trump said today that they have accepted an invitation from CNN for a debate on June 27. Biden earlier offered Trump two televised debates in June and September, an offer Trump accepted via a post on his platform, Truth Social. Trump called for more than two telefights — and a much larger room at the telefight venue “so there's excitement.” Biden later said he had accepted an invitation to debate in June from CNN, and Fox News reported that Trump indicated he intended to do the same. “Your turn, Donald. Like you said: anywhere, anytime,” Biden said in a post on X. “I'll be there,” Trump replied, according to Fox. Source: RES
