Biden declares that he is running again for the presidency of the USA

Trust me, I know that better than anyone,” Biden, 80, told supporters at a campaign fundraiser in New York. “I am a candidate because our democracy is in danger. A few days ago, influential Democratic columnist David Ignatius addressed these concerns in an op-ed in the Washington Post.
