Former United States President Joe Biden was published on social network X, thanking the support messages he received after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, in a metastasis that spread to the bones.
“Cancer affects us all. Like many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are stronger in difficult times. Thank you for helping us with love and support,” wrote the Democrat in the post.

The announcement was made through a statement of his personal office on Sunday (18), which explained the picture faced by the president, informing that the disease spread to the bones.
“Last week, President Joe Biden was examined for the discovery of a new prostate lump after having increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade 5 group) with bone metastasis,” the statement said.
The note continued: “Although this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, cancer seems to be sensitive to hormones, allowing effective treatment.”
