US President Joe Biden will convene the National Security Council on Sunday to discuss developments in Ukraine, press secretary Jen Psaki said in a statement.
Psaki also claims that Biden is being briefed “regularly” on the situation in Ukraine by his National Security team at the White House this weekend.
On Saturday afternoon (19), the US president received an update on the meetings of Vice President Kamala Harris at the Munich Security Conference.
“President Biden continues to monitor the evolving situation in Ukraine and is regularly updated on events on the ground by his national security team. They reaffirmed that Russia can launch an attack on Ukraine at any time,” Psaki said.
