It often happens that superficiality is highlighted as a defect but, if we think about it, judging a person for “not being profound” is equivalent to putting his mouth on his way of being because, after all, depth has different nuances and different ways to be demonstrated. The latest episode of Big Brother VIP, broadcast on Monday 9 January on Canale 5, he reminded us of it thanks to Oriana Marzoli, an increasingly isolated name within the Casa because many tenants think it is, indeed, “superficial” and, as such, has nothing to say. The girl, who defines herself as “extrafaiga” and who cares about her make-up as if it were the most precious thing in the world, it is, in fact, often defined as empty, inconsistent, through a subtle psychological bullying that also passes from the men with whom Oriana has come into contact since her adventure at the Big Brother VIP, i.e. Antonino Spinalbese, who considers himself “lucky” to be snatched from her grip despite a night together filmed by the television cameras, and Luca Onestini, who while frequenting her whispering like “in a soap opera” – we can never thank enough Sonia Bruganelli to tease the vipponi properly live – he admitted that he would never want a person like Oriana as a girlfriend.
The invitation of conductor Alfonso Signorini in the studio is simple: be more profound, otherwise she will “always have problems with men”, suggesting between the lines that the girl is a bit of a bad guy and a bit has nothing to say. That Marzoli is an easy girl, to put it mildly, is unfortunately an argument that the roommates of the Big Brother VIP they argue very often, in the face of the (almost) general indifference of the public who perhaps do not understand that this is also a way of hurting people: labeling them regardless, without allowing them to tell their stories. In this, however, it must be said that Oriana – at least for the moment – comes out the winner, because he rightly feels he has nothing to prove: he’s happy like this, why should he try to change? To please the conductor and the men of the House, modifying itself to meet their taste? What she regrets most of all, however, is the contempt with which the girl continues to be treated.
During the live broadcast on January 9, for example, Oriana received a surprise visit from her mother Cristina, arrived directly from Spain to express closeness to her, inviting her not to be influenced by the gossips that surround her: «You are already very strong on your own, you don’t need to be a couple in here, everyone at home loves you for who you are». Faced with the intervention of her mother who, taking the plane and physically moving to Rome on purpose to see her daughter, took at least ten abundant minutes alone with her, in the studio there was an atmosphere of impatience, with the landlord evidently annoyed by the fact that the surprise had – in his opinion – stretched a bit too much. However, we would like to tell the authors of the Big Brother VIP that surprises and visits from relatives, friends, boyfriends or exes are not an obligation: yesand if you choose to welcome them, perhaps also out of respect for the people close to the vippone, it would be appropriate to hold your nose and let them say what they have to say. Exactly what Cristina did before discovering that Oriana was the public’s favorite in televoting. So much for those who reproached her live for being something different from her.
