A huge cloud of smoke has risen in south London, where a fire broke out at the Elephant and Castle tube station this afternoon.
“Smoke is still coming out, the area below the station is called Little Columbia and there are many small shops covered in smoke,” one Twitter user wrote.
Ambulances and firefighters rushed to the scene.
