The Binance cryptocurrency exchange added the locks of blocking addresses (Locked Addresses) and the Concentration Indicator indicator. New tools will help traders make more balanced decisions in the trade of cryptoactives, according to the platform blog.
The functions are available in the “Information” tab on the token page in the web version of the exchange and in the mobile application. Data is updated in real time.
Locked Addresses helps to understand which part of the project tokens is blocked for a certain period (Snings). To obtain detailed information about the addresses, you need to put the cursor to the indicator “quantity in circulation”.
The “concentration” indicator shows the level of distribution of tokens among holders. The system uses a suspended formula that takes into account the concentration of both Binance and beyond, and issues an estimate from 0 to 100 points.
A high assessment indicates a significant probability of volatility, since the actions of large players can significantly affect the price of the asset. A low assessment indicates a wider distribution and potentially lower risk of volatility.
Earlier, Binance integrated CoinmarketCap data to display the tokens unlock schedule, and also introduced access to the financial reports of the projects.
