Binance launches $ 116 million project to develop blockchain and cryptocurrencies in France

Binance, in collaboration with the non-profit organization France FinTech, is launching an initiative called “Objective Moon” worth 100 million euros to develop blockchain and cryptocurrencies in France.

Как Binance
informs in his blog, the partnership with France FinTech will help make France and other European countries the world’s leading players in the cryptocurrency industry. Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao has already discussed the project with French Minister of Digital and Electronic Communications Cédric O at a Paris conference at the French Finance Ministry.

The Objective Moon initiative includes the creation of a new Binance R&D center in France, an accelerator for distributed ledger technology (DLT) startups, and a remote education program for French developers. The tutorial will be created with input from French online course platform OpenClassroom and hardware wallet maker Ledger.

“Binance is looking forward to working with French and European cryptocurrency and blockchain experts. We are convinced that this initiative will provide more career opportunities for people who want to learn more about these industries, ”Zhao said.

As a reminder, in October, Binance launched a $ 1 billion fund to develop the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem. The fund is focused on conducting educational programs, developing new projects and increasing the liquidity of DeFi services created on the basis of BSC.
