On May of May 2025, Binance and the National Investment Agency of Kyrgyzstan signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at developing digital assets in the country. The agreement is consistent with the strategy formulated at a meeting of the Council for the Development of Digital Assets with the participation of President Sadyr Zhaparov.
The key element of the partnership will be the introduction of Binance Pay to support cryptocurrency payments in the region. This decision is designed to simplify international transfers and trade operations between Kyrgyzstan, Central Asian countries and EAEU members.

Binance Academy, together with the investment agency, will develop financial literacy programs for organizations and citizens.
