Bitget has launched “Pitch n Slay,” an initiative under its Blockchain4Her program, with the opportunity to receive up to $100,000 in funding from Foresight Ventures, as well as mentorship from seasoned blockchain professionals.

The initiative builds on Bitget’s $10 million Blockchain4Her project and offers targeted support to women-led blockchain startups. The Pitch n Slay program is organized in collaboration with World of Women, Women in Web3 and Bitget Wallet, and aims to provide women entrepreneurs with the capital, mentorship and support they need to scale their projects.

Selected participants will undergo intensive training and development. After the first round of pitches, finalists will receive help on market strategy, scaling and technology from industry experts such as Gracie Chen (CEO Bitget), Taya A (CEO World of Women), Ming Xue (Partner at Foresight Ventures) and Tess How (Founder of Tess Ventures). The final event will take place on November 15 in Bangkok, Thailand, where the finalists will present their improved designs to a panel of judges and investors.

The top three startups will receive grants: $5,000 for first place, $3,000 for second and $2,000 for third. All three winners will have the opportunity to pitch to Foresight Ventures with a chance to receive up to $100,000 in pre-seed funding.

Bitget CEO Gracie Chen emphasized the company’s commitment to gender inclusivity, noting that more than 45% of leadership positions are held by women.

“Through Blockchain4Her, we are proud to support female founders by providing them with opportunities for experience, mentorship and funding. We will continue to expand this platform to help women-led startups on Web3,” Chen said.

This initiative aims to address the underrepresentation of women in blockchain by providing the necessary financial and professional support for their successful development in a competitive environment. Applications are open to women-led startups. For more information visit application page.
